Mark all as read; delete page
I'm in the situation where I've been using coComment for a LONG time, I have a lot of blog comment threads in my coComment page, and things from the past keep popping up as new. I'd like to be able to untrack some of these really old posts, but I'm not finding a way to do that from the coComment interface. Do I have to go to each page individually and untrack them, or can I do it from coComment.com?
Also, I can't find the "mark all as read" button. Am I being dense, or has it disappeared again?

D'OH! I just found the untrack button. Still wondering about "mark all as read" though.

Re: Mark all as read; delete page
Hi srah,
''Mark all as read'' link was in our old site design. It remained, but now it is called ''Read/Unread''.
You can find this link above all your conversations on Your Conversations page. It still has the same function: clicking on it leads to all conversations became Unread, the second click - all conversations are Read.
Thanks for using CoComment.
Galina,
CoComment team.

Re: Mark all as read; delete page
When I click on Read/Unread, it seems to just sort the conversations by which are unread/read.

Re: Mark all as read; delete page
Hi,
It's really sorting, but you can sort old posts in such a way that old posts will be the last ones.
But the best way is to untrack old posts you don't want to read at all, because even if your old posts are displayed at the end, they will be updated after new comments appearing and will be displayed on your first Conversations' page.
Sorry for some misunderstanding ![]()
Galina.

Re: Mark all as read; delete page
So, what you’re saying is, there is no "Mark All as Read" feature?

Re: Mark all as read; delete page
We want the "mark all as read" button back!! Without it cocomment gets quite unuseful :p
I don't want tags and groups and sharing, I just want to track my recent comments no that ones from 2007 that one day and other appears as new ones :p
Thanks
Giving a try to http://co.mments.com

Re: Mark all as read; delete page
Thanks for asking the question. I too would like the mark all option. At least now I can un-track them while my list is only 2 pages long. Shortened it up to less than half a page.
