I still do well in school, it’s call work-life balance. It’s pretty easy to get booze in the UK if you look older anyway and most of the time you’re drunk your parents or your friend’s parents are downstairs

It is not a big deal i started drinking @ the age of 10 now i 14 and living in the USA if i could go all the way over there just to drink with some friends i wood! in fact i would do more than just drink. i would most likely get high also.

Exactly that is the reason why it is good to guide teens to responsible drinking. They are anyways going to drink in some point, so it’s better that parents show them how much is acceptable. Plus it’s much safer to get drunk your first time under the supervision of a parent. Don’t you think?

Maybe I’m too rotten, but I don’t think drinkin when you’re 15 is neither rare nor horribly wrong. I had my first ciders when I was 15, and my parents bought them. “Almost ALL parents in the UK allow their children to drink underage to teach them how to drink responsibly.” In Finland it’s pretty much the same, well “almost all” part is not necessarily true but… My parents did that and I don’t have any problems with alcohol. Now I’m 18 and I still don’t drink much, like 3 or 4 times in year really…
