452 Also adding this.Here in Greece alcohol is in our culture and not banned even in minors(when I was 7-8 I went to the shop to buy beer or wine for my parents).Compared to other countries like UK and US where alcohol is banned in minors and in the second not that socially accepted there much less alcoholics(not saying there aren’t) and in parties you don’t see the embarassement of drunk people you see in UK or US and the reason for that is that,being in our culture and not prohibited in minors,we have learned to control it much better and from a younger age.Prohibition is sweet.When something is prohibited you have much more reasons to overdo it

Drinking is nothing serious as long as it is done wisely it’s just some people here have no life.Even getting drunk is nothing serious if it’s done in moderation(not too often).Anyway alcohol should be avoided,it’s an awful and really addicting drug.Smoke weed But even alcohol is not bad if done in moderation.I like drinking and getting a little drunk once in a while but I don’t really “touch” alcohol and I first tried it when I was 5-6(just some little sips now and then) and more when i was 11.Now I am 17,not an alcoholic because I have no means to destroy my liver,my mind and my life and have found much better things that get you high,less dangerous and more healthful

I hope things are going better for you now that time has passed. I was actually caught by the title of your blog, and thought I’d read and post comment. This is only the second time I’ve done this.
I think that when you are at a point in your life you can really sit back and enjoy it, then do so! If it’s not hurting you or anybody else, then do it!
My husband and I have four kids 6 and under, so something like buying a brand new car would’nt go well for us, but God willing, we will live to see our kids out of the house and then THE FUN BEGINS!! : )
Even at that, I find myself being too impulsive sometimes to because my husband works for our local police department here in Lebanon, and even though it’s a small town (14,000 people) I find myself worrying sometimes that he may not be here tomorrow. Things can go from normal to erratic in a matter of seconds at a police department.
Anyway, you are not alone with your thoughts and questions. *Everyone* has them, even Christians, who relatively “know where they are going” but it’s still scary to think about all that will go on that you could miss out on. I think the biggest thing is that life will still go on no matter if you are here or not. I can’t bear the thought of missing *any* of my childrens’ milestones if I happen to die. And the fact is, life would still go on. I think that’s the most unsettling thing of all.

It doesn’t matter what Emma does in her own time!!!! If you look at the photo the beer isn’t anywhere near the lip of the bottle and it isn’t shake it up which means that she probably wasn’t drinking it!!! Most teenagers like to try things out and it’s their problem if they don’t do it sensibly. Emma is a sensible girl she’s not the sort of girl who goes out and get’s binged. If she’s at home her parents probably let her occasionally! She’s not actually drunk in these pics!

dirnking age in britain to buy yourself is 18. some restaurants are 16 if they have that type of licence but it has to be bought by an adult. and also when in your own house you can drink alcohol from 14 but with parents permission you cannot buy it yourself until 18 but if in her own house and with parents concent then it is ok.
