        <content>When using perfmon what are the disk statisitics you are seeing in the way of disk queue length etc. Using task manager which processes have the main amount of disk read/write activity occurring?&amp;nbsp;</content>

        <content>Motherboard - without that upgrade it's often pretty hard to upgrade the other bits to what you want (yeah jam that socket 939 processor  in your socket A motherboard....)</content>
