I agree 100% with ST. Masterbation has caused me a lot of trouble and stress but I can't get rid of the habit. I've been musterbating for more than 5 years now. Because of Musterbating I have lost hair, I have become bald in my head and it's very stressesful because I'm still in my early twenties and all my friends have nice hair. I think about my hair every time and I get very depressed, I hate my self becuz of this. Even my facial and body hair has become very thick, thicker than my dads or uncles. This has my life a misery. From the first time I did it I regreted and tried to get away from if. I thought it will be the last time. but time and again I've failed and done it again. Sometimes many times a day. Sometimes I was able to abstain from it for 2 weeks, sometimes 2 months, somtimes 6-7 months but again I've sucummbed to it. The urge and sensation to musterbate is unberable sometimes esp. if I accidentely or otherwise happen to see rousy images or scenes maybe in a TV Ad. or a girls half bare breat in a tight packed bus. I don't want to do it again. But I have a feeling I will fail again and again. What can I do. Yallah please help guys like me... :(

yeah, the first time I came here, around july last year I think it was very difficult to read. good you changed the layout. You can make this site even better if you get a hosted website. wordpress doesn't allow to make a lot of changes to the design doesn't it? you can easily cover the cost by slapping a few ads. Hey guys, aren't you all covering Sri Lanka? All the recent posts in the South Asia section are Pakistan related. However there has been lot happening here in my country. There was a bomb yesterday in Colombo near the Nippon hotel in a central business district. And then daybefore a Tamil Parliment MP (one of the few Tamil MP's in the major parties) was gun down in when he was attending new year ceremonies in a Hindu Kovil. Shocking! A week ago a Sri Lankan minister of Labour affairs stormed the national TV and attacked the news director because he saying he was not shown attending a ceremony the day before. These were shocking headlines here. First time such an incident had happened in Sri Lanka. Sri Lankan bloggers at kottu.org have covered this all in detail with their views.

Wow, some great tips, I have never seen anywhere else. Here's my tip you might like to try it too. I also experiment a little with ads and last week I've found that the 250x300 pixel ad size performs bests. Since I change the 250x250 wraped ad that displayed just below the post title to a 250x300 size ad my CTR has increased from around 4-5 to about 8-10%. Don't know whether this is temporary, but there is definitely an increase

Assalamu Alaikum, You are so right brother, we mustn't shy away when it comes to tackling these kind of issues. It used to shock me when I heard things like this, when I was small. But not anymore. yahallah, I'm very sad to have witnessed people who I thought was religious and pious and good children to see them drink alcohol and indulge in mustarbation etc. I have discussed this and they have tried to stop but after sometime, maybe after a week, or month or after seeing some film or somthing they seem to relapse into the old habit. Now I have realised people who get into alcohol, sex, mustarbation must try to get help from someone who can help them get rid of this sins. Nevertheless this is a great post with valuable collection of articles. I must go through it inshallah. I think this post will be valuable not only to Muslims but even religious people and parents from other religions like Christians, Jewish, Mormans etc.

Hello Cerno, I hope ur patient is well by now. This reminds me of incident. when I was small, I went with my late Uncle to Gampola hospital to see a relative. he was a education inspector. He had nothing to do with hospitals. But when he walked towards the theatre ward side nurses became frantic. They started to swithing on the lights and doing that and this in the theathre for a welcome... lol, to see, they had mistook him for a Doc with his specs and figure. This happened around 95 and the operation theathre was newly built.

man, what you say is so true. Look at what I get. Last month I made 23$ for 3400 views with a adsense CTR of about 5%. That comes to only about 7 dollars per 1000 views. Compare this to John Chow. In November he earned 80$ for every 1000 page views! Even if I were to earn half John's ecpm I should have made 140 dollars from that number of page views.

Hey Dubai Property, don't get me wrong. I also impressed with Dubai's progress and magnificent buildings and architecture. These Dubai Palm Islands, the burj towers, and other projects like the underwater hotel etc. are wonderful. I like them very much. I know dubai is trying to become a tourist destination through all these. At the same time I wonder whether this is the best way for Emirates to spend there money. See all the construction going on. See Dubai itself. More construction workers than the native people or tourist! Why not put this money into building world class education institutes and scientific research facilities? Won't it be more productive and bring more attention and acclaim to Dubai people and the Arab world?
