1 - I just rememebered, there's not a way to automatically fix this neither the original developer nor I could find, so you have to edit your templates and change two following two functions: next_posts_link --> sd_next_posts_link and previous_posts_link --> sd_previous_posts_link 2 - the message saying not found is fixed in my latest dev copy now, checking out the other issue.

Well it shouldn't be able to be found using http://www.domain.com/cat1/postname/ and http://cat1.domain.com/postname/ as that would cause duplicate content problems in search engines which isn't good, that's why it redirects

I was just trying to see if I could get this plugin working for my own use and then thought I'd release it afterwards, which is why not everything may be fully working as it used to atm. Do you mean so it's not like http://goldfish.ilikefish.com/my-post-about-fish but should use http://ilikefish.com/my-post-about-fish Instead and only use subdomains when listing categories? If so I'll try adding an option for that :-)
