the worse thing is that most illegals/queue jumpers/refugees who pay their way to get to Australia would probably have ended up voting for the liberal party if they settled here, as they have to pay heaps to get onto those leaky boats, these are not poor people, just impatient, but Ruddick, the Davros of Australian politics and whoever it is now, don't see these people as voters, so its not a vote winner

Everything you do, everything you dont, loses you votes.

You lose it both ways.

you fear mongering idiots, well, your time is coming, and Murdoch's The Australian booster team can't help.

if you take the maps put out by various ethnicities for their homelands and consider them like venn diagrams one soon realises that no part of their schemes and dream of nation state purity escape an intersection, even without Imperial dreams.

The EU as a Common Empire is a wonderful thing, despite the depauperate nature of the number of nations making up it membership.

so (except for the screeen) its less advanced that the Apple Newton PDA, last made 10 years ago!.

Give me 300-400 of these 'epaper' screens as pages in a unit, (called a book) a USB connection (wireless would reuire batteries), no refreshing then, upload a book, it stays there, change book on next connection, (and no damn batteries) and I'll get one

I hear phillips is working on one like this, due in two years (maybe)
