        <content>Hey Maurice,

"I'm thinking of ways to incorporate a little more of a human face to my blog"

This is always a good thing to keep in mind. It's easy to get bogged down in the tacking and technology and forget that blogging is a highly **personal** form of publishing, and putting your personal voice into your blogging is important.</content>

        <content>Hi Josh,

Glad to see you took up the meme. Participating in blogger communities is definitely a good idea. You can pick up a lot of good ideas, compare notes and develop some strategic partnerships with other bloggers who share a similar topic with your blog.

@ Dev,

Part of the idea behind the starting of this meme was the idea of encouraging people to share an introspective look at their own blog and identify some other blogs that are implementing good solutions the identified improvement areas. I never even thought of the idea of having people make suggestions for the people they are tagging. That's one of the cool things with these memes is seeing how they morph as other people encounter them through a different view point. That would actually be a pretty cool meme too in it's own right. Tag some people you would like to get advice or suggestions from and then they could give the advice and tag people they would like suggestions from. Cool!</content>

        <content>Hey Vlad,

Thanks for participating in this. I'd agree that focus is an important thing and keeping to my proposed topic is, to me, a sort of contract with my readers, not to mention strengthening the over all theme of the blog.

One thing I'm really going to do with this meme is try to use it as a device to help me with my desire to increase my post frequency, I hope most of those that participate will see it in the same light, as I think that really adds value over just a "five things you didn't know about me" type meme. Not that I think those are bad, but I'd like to see more memes that address something we can all use to improve ourselves.

BTW. This meme makes me open season now. I'll try very hard to participate in any meme which doesn't seem like it could derail my blog or violate my personal sense of what's proper.</content>
