        <content>Sorry to hear about your bad experiences with a photographer. 

Calling the news could help but not as solid as the advice I can give you.

Some things I'd do in your shoes are:

1. Look over your contract. See what terms you two have settled on and if she doesn't deliver what you two have agreed on then you can bring her to small claims court.  If you don't have a contract then you might want to go over what you two verbally agreed on and if you can keep track of all the dates of meetings and phone calls with this photographer. Which leads me to the next point.

2. Make note of every written communication because that can be used in a court of law: emails, napkins written on, etc. Just make sure you have a proper documentation and legal advice as well.

3. Seek help from a lawyer. Since I'm in no shape a lawyer. Just a business-man.

        <content>Photoshop elements is pretty useful too. They also have an online free version of photoshop thats far more simplified too thats coming out soon:
