        <content>1) It's kind of hard to say G-Mail is the most popular in my opinion. Microsoft and Yahoo!'s services are pretty large too.

2) Labels can be used to function exactly like folders if you wanted to. Just label the message how you want and then archive the message. For the most part you will only see it under the label then.</content>

        <content>There's a neat Firefox extension, &lt;a href="http://code.google.com/p/asdf-jkl/"&gt;asdf-jkl&lt;/a&gt;, that will show you the keyboard shortcut for any button upon hovering over it. It's nice for a little while as you learn the shortcuts, but it does get annoying after you know them well enough.</content>

        <content>A friend of mine noted that once he began using ping services with his blog he got lots of comment spam. He was using Drupal and couldn't find decent spam blocking plugins at the time so he was having to set it to manually approve all comments. He doesn't use the services any more and hasn't had the problem much with his new blog.</content>

        <content>As a Linux user, I hear this a lot against Linux as well. At least on Linux there are efforsts being made with software such as Cedega. I don't know of anything similar for OS X.</content>
