I suggest you go to their site and look for a firmware update of some sort. If not, or if that doesn't fix the problem, you can always send it back to them, I'm sure you still have a valid warranty on the camera.

On dpreview you can also find a talk forum of Olympus: http://www.dpreview.com/forums/forum.asp?forum=1008  Maybe someone has the same problem you have.
