        <content>Great post - reminds me of my favorite book title - "The Answer to How is Yes" by Peter Block.  The idea is we ask (or get asked) "How?" the nanosecond we offer a new idea or wnat to go in a new direction.  Getting bogged down in answering the "how" too soon kills potential.  Answering Yes to it means looking for the possibility in it and we figure out "how" later.  It has really worked powerfully in my life.</content>
