        <content>If you believe in democracy you believe in net neutrality.  People are equal.  It's that simple.

And we already pay.  We pay our ISP (to connect), we pay our web site hosting companies, we pay taxes.  The companies pushing a two tiered internet want to double bill us.  I say we keep it fair competition for everyone.
