Thats why some people study Tai Chi karate. Tai Chi is the epitome of "internal". For the most part (Chen style Tai Chi is not entirely slow), it is a slow moving style which stresses proper breathing and posture to facilitate the flow of chi. Tai Chi does, however, have self defense applications, but they have been stressed less and less as time goes by.
You can gain the benefits of learning a Martial Art without doing any fighting. Im kind of like you and don't really like the fighting part. I guess thats why I do very well in my Katas.

P.S. I only use my black belt to hold up my pants. Meaning its really no true indication of level of knowledge. Some schools you can get your black belt in 3 years were other schools it can take up to 10 years. My instructor had 14 black belts in 14 styles. People like to measure themselfs and thats why the belt system is in place. It used to be everyone had a white belt and that white belt would get dirty over the years. Sometime their would be some dried blood on it. They looked really disgusting, but it was a way to know how long that person has been training.

I learned Karate because Aerobics bores me to much. I wanted to learn something that I could have some practicable applications and keep fit both physically and mentally.

GOOD JOB BOB! Thats correct! This style of Martial Arts is very difficult to defend yourself from. Most styles don't include 'What if the person is upside down or cartwheeling?' in their training. I really like this style because it looks like Break Dancing.

There was a movie made about this type of MA. Anyone remember the name of the movie?

Ok this is so weird. Im emailing Rick from HFW site and we are chatting about our experience in Karate. This is just weird....

This was my creed that we had when I was in Karate.

I come to you with only "KARATE" - empty hands. I have no weapons, but should I be forced to defend myself, my principles or my honor; should it be a matter of life or death, of right or wrong; then here are my weapons - "KARATE" - my empty hands.

I studied Kempo Karate and Gun Fu. I learned how to break boards, bricks, and river rocks with the palm of my hand. Kata, a form of dance you might say is one of my favorite things to do in Karate. I learned a black belt level Kata that won me first place in our local dojo. I was just amazed that I beat out other black belts that had been in the style longer than I had. I even beat out the neighboring school that put on the competition.

Quiz, what style of the Martial Arts came about because Karate was band in the _______ country? Hint: It looks more like dancing than Karate.

On of my instructors, Grand Master Archibeque was in the same class as Bruce Lee. I remember he said Bruce was really fast on his feet. Archi could not block his kicks.

With your permission Grand Master Marina, I shall bow out of this homework assignment for obvious reasons.

Marina, where did you get your information that karate was perfected in Japan?

Speaking of homework. I have to run and go teach my students. We are doing navigation with charts. No GPS here. This is old school style.

That and about 100 video uploads. The reason is no advertiser is going to spend big buck if you only have a few viewers. Also if they where to pay you right now you would get about .00000001 cents from the hits. Its just not worth their time. Wait until you break 1,000 views a month on one of your videos and resubmit your application. Advertisers want traffic. It took Marina some time for her app to be accepted.

Im trying to get you to think outside the box. You asked how to boost your views. Well you have to make videos that many people would want to watch. Now the question asks is what videos does your audience want to watch? It has to be something to draw them in. Show me something that I haven't seen before. Show me something very funny. Teach me something. Show me how something works. Show me something I would want to share with my friends. I was entertained to watch your video of you eating without a fork because it was a reply to Marina's video lesson. I was educated with your Fcuk video. You getting the idea? I know you have all kinds of talent just waiting to be released. You just have to let it out. Get creative James!!! You can do it. I've seen it!

I wish I could shower with Joy and Dawn!!!!
There is room for two in my shower but 3 is just not going to happen. That what the yacht tub is for. Oh whats a yacht tub? Its a hot tub that floats on water that you can tie up to your yacht. Its really cool.

Jessica Rabbit vs Marina... No contest. One Marina is real person that I can touch, hold, talk to, etc. JR is just pen and paper. Two, Marina is freaking smart, wonderful personality, understanding, Oh I could go on forever. JR has someone pulling her puppet strings. So in this light I think you would agree with me that there is no contest between the two.

For back up he has a 3000 watt Honda Generator and his 160 amp alternator for recharging his batteries if there is no wind or sun. Pretty cool hu?

I think I will stick with the name for now. Its taboo to rename a ship, unless you do a renaming ceremony. I have already picked out the name of my next ship, Brittle Star. Im saving that name for my around the world cruising ship. I found a Brittle Star when I pulled up the anchor on the cruise ship Island Spirit one day. Maria told me that the tiny creature can live in depths of 1,500 feet (648psi). I was just amazed how this cool little critter so small and fragile could survive such pressures. My next ship will be the largest I have ever owned and capable of sailing around the world safely but it is tiny compared to what mother nature can stir up.

Then your doing it all wrong man. Just a little dab of the jell is all you need. Let the wife get all soapy if she wants (oh that sounded hot). Its the exfoliating that's the key. You need to get the dead skin cells off. There are little face mites (Demodicids) that feed off those dead skin cells, and also there are many bacteria on your skin that love to stink up the place. All living organisms give off some sort of waste. Oh and about those mites. They actually burrow into your hair and make little homes for themselves and even lay eggs. Not convinced? Check this out:
http://www.worsleyschool.net/science/files/eyelash/creatures.html
They can survive a wash cloth. You will never get them all but you can reduce the number of them. So what where you saying about too much soap?

Hey I have a question I want to address all you men in the classroom. Do you own a Luffa or some sort of artificial exfoliating device? I will admit I own two of them. One is attached to a stick for back scratching. I use a Unilever brand of body soap. The Unilever company is trying to market their stuff to men but not having much luck. They now include a manly colored luffa with their product. Hey guys, this stuff is cool. Lets take a lesson from the masters of getting clean... women. You squirt a blob of body soap on that luffa and get cleaned. It works better than that bar of soap on a rope. Don't forget the arm pits. Oh and did you know that a luffa also keeps your house cleaner too. Think about that one for a bit.
So guys, give it a try. You'll find out that you won't need much cologne to smell like a man. If you have a hard time finding this stuff, just ask any woman. They would be happy to drop what they are doing to help us smell better. Also guys the more cologne the better, theory doesn't work. Getting clean is the cake and cologne is the icing not the other way around.
Ok I have to go and crap more women off my sailing yacht.
