Stop them. During a pieceful time, anyone can have balance making everyone around us happy, including family, junior employees, etc. I do, too. But the truth is there are times when you cannot afford to keep that balance. Sometimes even 120% of your energy is not enough just for your project. That's when you should sacrifice either your balance of life or your venture. You cannot always save everyone like a superman. Not all great achievers led a balanced life. It seems the other way, actually.
